  • Shipping rates will be determined according to the destination of your order.
  • We provide various shipping options to suit your requirements, encompassing white glove delivery for larger and heavier items, and third-party parcel service for smaller packages managed by UPS. The option provided at checkout will depend on the product you add to your cart.
  • White glove delivery entails a specialized courier service that ensures meticulous handling and care for sizable products.
  • Third-party parcel service is employed for smaller packages managed by UPS.
2. Processing Time:
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7-10 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Customized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, and we will communicate any delays to you promptly.

  • Upon delivery day using White Glove Delivery Service, you will receive a confirmation text message from our private courier with tracking information and a link to monitor the status of your delivery. You will also receive the delivery driver's name and phone number for any necessary communication.
  • For items deliver through third-party parcel, you will receive an email with a tracking number and you can access the status of your order from our website.
5. Delivery Times:
  • Our White Glove Delivery Service allows customers to choose a convenient date and time of delivery at checkout. We operate 7 days a week and deliver between 8am and 11:45pm.
  • For orders placed before 2pm (Eastern Time) the next delivery date available will be 7 days after placing the order. Orders placed after 2pm (Eastern Time) can be scheduled to deliver as soon as 8 days after placing the order.
  • Delivery times are set up in 4-hour windows throughout the day and delivery fees will vary depending on your location. Please make sure you are ready and available to receive your order in person when choosing your delivery times.
  • Before your delivery, our team will contact you to confirm all the details of your order.
  • Third-party parcel service will be handled by UPS and estimated delivery dates will be displayed automatically at checkout.

  • We take every precaution to ensure your order is packaged securely for transit.
  • In the rare event of shipping damage or loss, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
